We will ship out your order within 1-3 days. Please make sure your address is correct during checkout. We will provide the tracking number by email once your order picked up by UPS or Fedex.
Pick up is available from our warehouses after making full payment, please contact us for detail.
- Once you’ve selected your item to purchase from our website, simply go through the checkout and under Shipping Method select Pick-Up.
- Take your receipt (smartphone accepted) and photo ID for collection.
- Expected average time for collection between 15 – 30 minutes
Our warehouses are for product dispatch and customer pick-ups only. Products are not displayed at the warehouse and orders cannot be placed on site.
Where orders are ship through our carrier, customer may receive a knock on the door or a notice in their mail box indicating their item is available for pickup from carriers nearest location. A signature is required for collection.
A re-delivery fee will be charged to customers for items that are returned due to incorrect delivery address or failure to collect from the Carrier.
For Large items, once your order reaches the nearest depot, the Courier provider will contact the customer via phone to notify of the delivery day. Items will only be delivered during normal business hours (9am-5pm) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.
•Courier may require your assistance unloading from the vehicle. Our couriers deliver to the property entrance only.
•A re-delivery fee will be charged to customers for items that are undeliverable and/or returned due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery.
•We cannot guarantee door to door delivery for every customer. Customers in remote areas such as farms, islands, mining camps, small towns, or out-of-towners, etc may need to collect from their nearest freight depot.
